Custom Fitting Process

First Appointment:
Please allow yourself an hour for this appointment. During this time, we will discuss your specific needs, including design and fabric options. I will also take your measurements, which I will then use to create your unique pattern.

Second Appointment:
This is your first fitting appointment. (Fittings tend to take about 20 minutes). At this time I will check the garment I am working on for fit and comfort. If fine tuning of fit is needed, another fitting appointment will be made. Please note, at this stage the garment is only assembled for fitting purposes and will not look like the finished product.

Third Appointment:
I may need to do more fine tuning to the fit of your bra. Some people may require extra fittings. I will work with a client as often as necessary to create a garment that truly fits.

Pickup:
When all the fittings have been completed, you will be notified that your garment is ready via phone or email. At this stage you can come collect and finish paying for the garment.

During this process I will have developed a pattern unique for your body. Your pattern will be used for the construction of future custom bras or other lingerie. After this initial fit, subsequent orders may be made by phone. After one year or any dramatic body change, I would like to see you to check fit before making another bra.

Appointment Times
Mon-Fri: 10:30am - 6:30pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 12pm - 3pm

Initial Deposit
The fee for initial consultations is $50, which is then applied towards custom-made bra, corset, or swimsuit. i.e. if you are ordering a custom bra at $200, you will then have a remaining balance of $150.

The $50 initial consultation fee is non-refundable, and is due at the time of your initial consultation appointment. If you place your order at the initial appointment, 50% of your total balance, towards which the $50 fee would be applied, is due. If you choose to wait before ordering, the intial $50.00 is due at the time of the fitting, but will still be applied towards your balence when your order is placed.

Things To Note
-Please refrain from bringing any children or pets to any of your consultations, as this will hamper my ability to properly consult and measure you. You will be asked to re-schedule your appointment should you be unable to abide by this. If someone else is driving you to the appointment, for everyone's comfort, they will not be allowed into the fitting. There are several cafes nearby where your ride can wait comfortably.
-I accept cash, money order, and paypal payments only. Paypal payments will be charged an extra 4% processing fee.

-The Mequon location is handicap acessible, but the Chicago location is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. If you have mobility issues, please let me know, and I will be happy to make arrangements to visit you at your home. Home visits are for people with mobility issues and Bra Parties ONLY.
-There is convenient free parking at the Mequon location and some free and some metered parking at the Chicago location.
-Please provide me with 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellations. I will do the same for you if the occasion arises.
